This is why I stopped self hosting. It’s more hassle than I wanted even though I do know how to handle things on the back end of a website. I hope you get things figured out. 😎

I hate the frustrations of computers – I was sitting here and the Comcast went out but with the yellow shield sign, not just the symbol that looks like a sun. Called Comcast … nope, no one working in the neighborhood. Pushed back the chair to go downstairs and reboot the modem and it came back … then they asked me later for a survey. Nope, wasn’t gonna do it – clicked out before I said something I might regret later.
LOL – after the morning I had, it took me off on a long day of noticing poor customer service of which I didn’t refrain from sharing my opinions. I may not have made many friends yesterday. 🙁
I think Comcast hates me … I forget all good manners and upbringing and turn surly when I call there … when you work from home technical difficulties from internet providers or upgrades are not acceptable!
LOL – I’m glad I’m not alone in my Grinchlikeness when it comes to computer and internet issues 😉
Oh no and when I came back from shutting down the laptop Comcast wanted a survey – I never say “no” … I just “x” out of it … like I said last night, if I had spoken my mind, they would send me packing to another internet provider.

I can’t count how many times we’ve had DirectTV out here to fix problems. Just called them again yesterday. They raised the rates last year and now they’re doing it again, with no better service or programming. AT&T is hurting for money?? Not hardly. Sorry. Just had to gripe a little. 😐
