Today’s photo challenge assignment for EverydayAdventures2017 is Nature. Mornings are an awesome time for catching nature pictures.
The lighting is perfect. If you start out on a day where there is dew on the grass, it is even better. Time seems to stand still.
Let your life lightly dance on the edges of time like dew on the tip of a leaf. – Rabindranath Tagore
Today, on my early morning stroll around the yard, I attached a different lens on the camera. There was just the right amount of sunshine to catch the early morning dew and some small fascinating things of nature.
As I walk through the wet grass, it is easy to assume it is just wet all over. But, when I take a look closer, instead of just walking on by, it is cool to see how each individual dew drop hangs on some blades of grass and not the others.
Or how it hangs on spider webs.
Or on the grass sticking out of ant hills.
Copper and I think investigating the early morning yard is pretty darn amazing. He loves to dance in the dew and get his paws wildly wet while his belly catches the dew from the blades of grass he walks through. He’s loving everyday adventures!
